Life Coaching is an individualized partnership designed specifically for helping you achieve your desired goals and dreams. This program helps bridge the gap of where you are in life now to where you want to be through personalized goal setting, supportive guidance, accountability, and educational direction.

Wellness is integrative and uniquely individual. Through weekly sessions, your Wellness Coach will work one-to-one with you exploring your wellness goals and bringing them to small achievable steps. Our integrative wellness approach is customized for you with the ultimate goal of reaching balanced mind, spirit and physical health.

Reiki is a spiritual healing art. It is not massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion. A Reiki session usually is between 45 and 75 minutes in length. The session is performed by a Reiki Practitioner using specific Reiki hand positions. During a Reiki session, the client is fully clothed while lying on a massage table or seated in a chair. A Reiki session aids in stress reduction and it is almost always a very relaxing experience. Reiki sessions are a great investment in yourself.
Reiki costs are $90 per session.

Reiki is:
- A subtle and effective form of energy healing using spiritually guided life force energy (Rei-ki)
- Practiced in every country of the world
- Being used in many setting including hospitals, hospice, as well as in private practice and in self-care
- A wonderful complementary modality in a personal wellness or healing program
Reiki is not:
- Affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice
- New. Reiki energy itself is thousands of years

An initial consultation is complementary and allows a coach to provide a confidential 1-hour session to learn more about you, your goals, and discuss how you can achieve success to Live Life Boundless. Use the "contact us" form to schedule a session.

Coaching sessions are individualized and the program is designed around the client. You will discuss and decide with your coach what works best for you during your initial consultation. Coaching packages will vary according to your unique plan. The most common coaching package is a 3-month agreement with (2) 1-hour coaching sessions per week and unlimited email communication guidance and support. In addition to 30+ years of service to the healthcare industry, Kimberly completed formal education at Walden University in Healthcare Administration, is a Certified Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master, holds certifications through IAP Career College as a Life Coach and Wellness Coach, is an Ordained Minister, and holds a professional membership with International Association of Reiki Professionals.
